My name is Chanan Kaufman, and I feel incredibly grateful to serve as a Rabbi and the founder of GoInspire Travel, Aish Hatorah New York, and Bizrael.

For years, my passion has led me to help families and institutions understand the profound meaning behind giving, legacy, and philanthropy, based on Jewish wisdom.

I’m currently available for consulting engagements.

The one who gives charity benefits more than the one who receives it
— Talmud Baba Bathra 9a

My heart is always in Jerusalem, Israel, but sometimes we find ourselves in Boynton Beach, FL. My devoted wife, Shari, and I are likely chasing down one of our delicious grandchildren right now.

After graduating the University of Maryland, I spent several years studying Torah in Aish HaTorah in Jerusalem. I’ve since spent my career balancing Torah study, business and creating Jewish value based organizations.

Strategic planning:

We work closely with our clients to develop a customized giving plan that aligns with their values and priorities. Our team has extensive experience in philanthropy and can offer valuable insights and guidance throughout the planning process.

Family philanthropy:

We specialize in working with multi-generational families to develop a shared vision for their charitable giving and create a legacy that reflects their values.

Grantmaking support:

We assist our clients with all aspects of the grantmaking process, from identifying potential grantees to evaluating proposals and tracking impact. We can also help with due diligence and compliance requirements.

Jewish wisdom:

We offer workshops and training sessions to help donors deepen their understanding of Jewish philanthropy and how to incorporate Jewish values into their giving.

Today, I consult a variety of family offices, institutions, religious and community organizations. Fortunately, I continue to pursue Torah studying.
